La Meditació com a Experiència Empírica… quins beneficis t’aporta?

Aquest coneixement de la meditació és de temps remots i majoritàriament ve de l’Índia. Així com el coneixement de la ciència ve d’Occident. Des del principi, s’ha d’ésser un buscador de la veracitat, i amb una actitud científica cadascú ha d’abordar el tema. Totes les ensenyances de meditació han des ser tractades amb respecte com una hipòtesis, i si basades en l’experimentació se senten com certes, només així haurien de ser acceptades per la gent honesta. Ja que aquest coneixement és pel benefici personal i pel de tot el món que t’envolta.

Aquest és el perquè Sahaja Yoga a Andorra, ofereix un mètode de meditació espontània (=Sahaja). Degut a la seva simplicitat en la seva pràctica, i a la facilitat de sentir-ne els seus efectes, ha estat elegida per molts científics per portar a terme diferents investigacions sobre els beneficis de la meditació. Ja que no es basa en cap tipus de creença religiosa imposada o acceptada d’una forma dogmàtica. Sinó que tots els exercicis proposats s’encaminen a desenvolupar la consciència guia o maternal, que cada individu posseeix en el seu interior.

Estudis mèdic-científics han demostrat els beneficis de la meditació tan a nivell de salut física, mental com emocional.

 

Les tècniques de meditació de Sahaja Yoga s’han provat científicament que ajuden a millorar el nivell de salut general segons un estudi realitzat per la Universitat de Sydney.

En aquest estudi s’ha mostrat un augment considerable en el nivell de salut general (SF-36) dels practicants de llarg termini de la meditació Sahaja Yoga, respecte a la mitja de la població australiana. Aquest estudi ha estat publicat a la revista acadèmica “Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine” (Ed. Hindawi).

Altres estudis sobre l’aplicació de la meditació Sahaja Yoga en la prevenció de malalties han estat causa d’estudi per les següents patologies:

1.- Tractament de les arítmies cardíaques.

2.- Tractament de l’asma.

3.- Epilèpsia.

4.- Desequilibris en la tensió arterial.

5.- En el tractament i prevenció d’algunes enfermetats mentals com l’ansietat, psicosi i depressió.

6.- Desordres de la menopausa.

7.- Trastorn per dèficit d’atenció e hiperactivitat en nens (ADHD).

8.- A la reducció del consum de subtàncies adictives com el tabac o les drogues.

9.- Patologies d’arrel psicosomàtica, com el estrés.

 

Alguns d’aquests estudis han estat publicats en revistes de prestigi internacional com l’“International Journal of Cardiology” (Ed. Elsevier) o “Thorax” (Ed. British Medical Journal).

També cal remarcar, els efectes positius de la meditació que permet fàcilment l’experiència del silenci en l’activitat neuronal. Aquests efectes positius han estat publicats en la també prestigiosa revista mèdica “Neurosciencie Letters” (Ed. Elsevier).

Després de varis anys d’investigació de neuroimatge en la Universitat “La Laguna” de Tenerife a un grup de practicants de la meditació Sahaja Yoga ha revelat un gran descobriment:

La revista científica interdisciplinar “Plos One”, amb un altíssim un nivell d’impacte, ha publicat dit estudi a on es demostra per primera vegada, que la pràctica diària de la meditació, fa més jove el cervell, ja que els seus practicants tenen un nivell de matèria gris superior en totes les àrees del cervell. Aquest fet és molt rellevant ja que les enfermetats mentals com l’alzheimer, el parkinson o la depressió estan associades a una pèrdua de matèria gris en diferentes zones del cervell.
